Mk 8:18a ... Having eyes, not seeing, ... ?

Verse 18 has five phrases and 12 dialog words. The first two phrases have these 4 words, ... Ofthalmous exontes, ou blepete (Eyes having, not seeing)?

The 4 dialog words are top down. The two words "Ofthalmous exontes" (Eyes having) are held by Jesus, the one having two eyes that see. The words "ou blepete" (not seeing) are tangent to the two disciples who do not see any basket of loaves.
