The 3rd phrase has these 5 narrator words ... deipnon epoiēsen tois megistasin autou (a-dinner made to-the 'greatest-ones' of-him, ... ).

The 5 words are bottom up. The first 2 words "deipnon epoiēsen" (a dinner made) is tangent to the white rhombus holding the basket of bread, the birthday dinner, and the 4440 circle inside the hexagon. The word "megistasin" comes from "megistos" (the greatest) signified by a 4440 circle. The two words "tois megistasin" ('to the greatest ones') are tangent to the 4440 circle inside the hexagon and to the two men in question tangent to the triangle holding king Herod. The last word "autou" (of him) is tangent to king Herod instead of to John.
