Mk 6:20e ... And 'gladly' of-him he-heard.

The 6th phrase has these 4 narrator words ... kai ēdeos autou ēkouen (And gladly of-him he-heard).

The first 3 words are top down from Herod to John. The last word "ēkouen" (he heard) are tangent to the reports Herod hears from his four guards. The diagram shows the reports are tangent to the ears of Herod and his top guards. The words "ēdeos ēkouen" (gladly he heard) are tangent to the reports all four guards are making "ēdeos" (of him) to the 4440 circle then up to the ears of Herod.
