The 2nd phrase has these 6 dialog words ... ou dunatai stathēnai hē basileia ekeinē ("not is-able to-stand the Kingdom that."). The 6 dialog words are top down. This part of the verse was meant to look like a prophecy of the Roman Jewish war and the civil war between the outnumbered Jewish opponents (66-70 AD).
