Mk 3:27a ... "But not is able no one, having entered into the house of the strong, ..."

27a

Verse 27 has six phrases and 26 dialog words. The first two phrases have these 10 words ... all ou dunatai oudeis, eis tēn oikian tou ischurou eiselthōn (But not is able no one, into the House of the Strong having entered, ...").

The 10 words are bottom up. This verse states what should never have happened in the "House of the Strong," the Temple of God in Jerusalem. The "Strong" refers to God's chosen, the Hebrew people before the Roman occupation. The diagram shows the Chief Priest and the "oudeis" (a nobody) a Roman who could enter the Temple and later plunder its solid gold possessions. The Roman general Pompey entered the House of the Strong because of a civil war between the brothers Aristobulus II and Hyrcanus II over who would rule the Hasmonean throne in Judea in 69 BC. The Romans sided with one brother and were now in charge and would never leave. This verse starts with the Roman occupation and ends with the Roman Jewish war of 66-70 AD.
