Mk 2:15b ... And many tax collectors and sinners were together reclining to Jesus and with the disciples of him.

The second and third phrases have these 12 narrator words ... kai polloi telōnai kai hamartōloi sunanekeinto tō Iēsou, kai tois mathētais autou (And many tribute collectors and sinners were reclining together to the Jesus, and to the disciples of him).

The first 12 words are top down. The compound verb sunanekeinto comes from sun (together), ana (up), and keimai (to lie, recline). The house opens up to make room for the four sinning taxmen and the four fishermen, the same four who entered Simon's mother in law's house. The same four who were supposedly served bread, meaning they were not fasting then or now. The diagram shows Jesus and some sinners lying down, the others standing up.
