Verse 15 has 5 phrases and 26 words. The first phrase has these 8 narrator words ... Kai ginetai katakeisthai auton en tē oikia autou (And it happened reclined he in the house of him, ...). The 8 words are bottom up. The scene has now changed. Levi followed Jesus off one stage to another. The five equilateral triangles and one rectangle from the previous diagram have now shape shifted and come together into the sign of Levi's house. Levi was standing on a table filled with coins, now he is standing on the door of his house filled with Jesus. The words "katakeisthai auton" (he is lying down) are tangent to Jesus.
