The 6th phrase has these 7 narrator words ... kai en ekeine te nukti epiasan ouden (and in that the night they-caught nothing). The 7 narrator words are top down the shoreline then up into the boat. The 2 words "te nukti" (the night) are tangent to the risen Jesus (8880) circle which was colored black to represent 'the night.' The diagram shows the disciples casting their net into 'the bottom of the night' where "epiasan ouden" (they-caught nothing). Although the disciples have caught nothing 'inside the night' with their 'net,' the sea is actually brimming with fish, as we will see in verse 5. Jn 21:3c < Verse > Jn 21:4a |
