Jn 11:04b ... "This the Sickness not is before Death, ..."

The 2nd phrase has these 7 dialog words ... Autē hē astheneia ouk estin pros thanaton ("This the Sickness not is before Death, ...").

The 7 dialog words are top down from Jesus. The first 3 words Autē hē astheneia (This the Sickness) are in the hands of Jesus. The blue triangle of Sickness is directly under the feet of Jesus. The last 4 words ouk estin pros thanaton (not is before Death) confirms the Sickness triangle is not tangent-to (beside) Lazarus inside the triangle of Death. As shown by the previous diagram, Jesus has seen and heard what the sisters said. The above diagram shows his response. The gospel author, the narrator, composed "sickness" as the 3rd word and "death" as the 7th and last word of the phrase. This composition puts the Sickness and Jesus in the top of the diagram and Lazarus and Death in the bottom of the diagram as far as possible from each other.
