Jn 11:03b ... Lord look, the-one-whom you-are-fond-of is-sick.

The 2nd and 3rd phrases have these 5 dialog words said by the two sisters, ... "Kurie ide hon fileis asthenei" (Lord look, the-one-whom you-are-fond-of is-sick).

The 5 dialog words are top down. The first 2 words Kurie ide (Lord look) are tangent from the two women to the triangle holding Jesus. The last 3 words hon fileis asthenei (the-one-whom you-are-fond-of is-sick) are top down from Jesus to the triangle of sickness holding Lazarus. This diagram shows Lazarus is now deathly ill.
