Verse 21 has 4 phrases and 17 words. The 1st phrase contains these 7 narrator words, ... Eipen oun ē Martha pros ton Iēsoun (Said therefore the Martha to the Jesus) ...

The 7 narrator words are bottom up. This phrase seems to have been constructed so that the words "ē Martha" (the Martha) and "Iēsoun" (Jesus) appeared tangent to the images they name. Martha must have been so grief stricken after Lazarus died she could not stop herself from blaming Jesus for not arriving in time to save her brother from dying. Martha will never know that Jesus did not arrive in time on purpose.
