The 5th phrase has these 6 dialog words, ... Ho airōn tēn hamartian tou kosmou (The-One taking-away the Sin of-the World). The 6 words are top down. The hands of John the Baptist are tangent to the two dialog words on the head of Jesus that say "Ho airōn" (the One taking away). To see what Jesus is taking away, we see the hands of Jesus are tangent to the four dialog words that read "tēn hamartian tou kosmou" (the Sin of the World) that are tangent to a white equilateral triangle (a part of the world) holding a black circle representing "Sin" that Jesus has the power to "take away" from the World and cast it down into a white tub in "the bowl of earth."
