Mt 14:26c ... and from the fear they-cried-out.

The 3rd phrase has these 5 narrator words ... kai apo tou fobou ekpaksan (and from the fear they-cried-out).

The 5 narrator words are top down. Jesus does not need to walk around on the sea any more. He can now reveal himself to the disciples, identify himself, and calm their fears. Jesus stops on the sign of their fear.
