Mk 14:41b ... and he says to them, ... "down-sleep the remainder and rest-up"

The 2nd and 3rd phrases have these 3 narrator and 5 dialog words ... kai legei autois, Katheudete to loipon kai anapauesthe (and he says to them, ... "Are you down sleeping the remainder (time) and resting up?").

The 2nd phrase having 3 narrator words are top down. The 3rd phrase having 5 dialog words are bottom up. The word "time" is understood by the reader. The verbs sleep (katheudete) and rest (anapauesthe) can be translated three ways, as a statement, a question, or a command [Turton]. It really doesn't matter how it's translated. What follows is out of the disciples control whether they see it or not. The hour of Jesus' death is coming.
