Mk 14:38a ... "Stay awake and pray that not may you come into a trial, ..."

Verse 38 has 3 phrases and 16 dialog words. The 1st phrase has these 8 words, ... grēgoreite kai proseuxesthe hina mē elthēte eis peirasmon ("Stay awake and pray that not may you come into a trial, ...").

The 8 dialog words are clockwise, starting bottom left. The first two and last two words "grēgoreite kai eis peirasmon" (Stay awake and, into a trial) are tangent to the top arms of the hexagram and the hexagon (the trial room) The middle 4 words "proseuxesthe hina mē elthēte" (pray that not may you come) are tangent to the triangle holding Jesus and his hands holding the prayers coming from his head. The prayers coming from Jesus keep him from coming into a trial. Even though Simon is currently sleeping, in the day dream of Jesus, the eyes of Simon are wide open and he has come into a trial, taking the place of Jesus. What Jesus prays here is a prophesy. Simon is the only one of the disciples who when he wakes up will follow Jesus into the courtyard of the high priest where Jesus will be on trial, but Simon will "not come into that trial."
