Mk 12:15a ... But he having known the hypocrisy of them, ...

Verse 15 has four phrases containing 16 words, 8 narrator and 8 dialog words. The 1st phrase has these 6 narrator words, ... Ho de eidōs autōn tēn hupokrisin (He but having known of them the hypocrisy, ...).

The 6 narrator words are top down. The definite article "Ho" (The one, He) is tangent to Jesus. The direct object "tēn hupokrisin" (the hypocrisy), a negative abstract noun which only appears once in this gospel, is tangent to it's sign, a dark equilateral triangle. It's literal meaning is "under-judging," acting under a mask, play-acting, two faced, saying one thing, meaning or doing another. Jesus perceives an answer hidden behind it.
