Mk 10:34b ... "and they will 'spit' onto him, ..."

The second phrase has these 3 dialog words ... "kai euptusousin autōi" ("and 'they will spit' onto him, ...").

The 3 dialog words are top down. The diagram shows the soldiers will propel a stream of spit on the head of Jesus, pretending their spit was holy oil used to anoint a king in order to humiliate him (Mk 15:19).
