Luke 14:29c ... "all the-ones seeing (it) may-begin to-mock him."

The 4th phrase has these 6 dialog words that converge on the same diagram ... pantes hoi theōrountes arksōntai autōi empaizein ["all the-ones seeing (it) may-begin him to-mock."].

The 6 dialog words are top down from Jesus to "it" (the half-finished foundation) then bottom up to the ones that may mock the green-eyed builder. This verse puts the focus on the shoddy construction of the foundation of the tower. The next verse puts the focus on this green-eyed man who is not able to be a disciple of Jesus.
