Luke 14:29b ... "and not be-able (enough) to-finish (it), ... "

The 3rd phrase has these 4 dialog words ... kai mē isxuontos ektelesai ("and not be-able to-finish (it), ...").

The 4 dialog words are top down from Jesus through the Unclean Spirit to the foundation the green-eyed man will not be-able to-finish. These 4 words confirm half of the foundation was built rather than no foundation at all. This diagram shows the man after he built half of the first two stories of the tower. The two men observing from on-high see the tower does not have the structural strength (a solid foundation) to be finished.
