Verse 44 has two sentences containing 6 phrases of 26 words. The first three phrases contain these 16 narrator words ... eksēlthen ho tethnēkōs, dedemenos tous podas kai tas xeiras keiriais, kai hē opsis autou soudariō periededeto (came out the one having died, having been bound the feet and the hands with grave clothes, and the face of him with a face cloth having been bound around). The first 3 narrator words are bottom up. The next 7 words "having been bound the feet and the hands with grave clothes" form the bottom half of a large oval. The last 6 words "and the face of him with a face cloth having been bound around" are tangent to the Holy Spirit, the head of Lazarus, and the top of the oval. As Lazarus comes out of the tomb, 9 of the 16 words are tangent to or lie over the words they name. The second sentence has two short commands Jesus gives to the witnesses of his "7th sign miracle."
