Verse 28 has 4 phrases containing 18 words. The 1st phrase has these 4 narrator words ... kai touto eipousa, apēlthen ('And this' having-said she-departed). The 9 words are top down. The 2 words "kai touto" (and this) is tangent to the 5 words Martha just finished saying ... "ho eis ton kosmon erxomenos" (The One into the world coming).
