Mk 13:9b ... "and in synagogues you will be beaten, ..."

The third phrase has these 4 dialog words, ... kai eis sunagōgas darēsesthe ("and in synagogues you will be beaten, ...").

The 4 dialog words are top down. In the diagram, the four disciples are overpowered and immobilized (bound) where they can be beaten inside a synagogue. Jesus himself will be beaten by the guards of the chief priests of the Sanhedrin in the Jerusalem Synagogue (Mk 14:53-65).
