The 2nd phrase has these 3 narrator words, ... ho estin kodrantēs (which is a quadrans). The 3 narrator words are top down. A quadrans weighs about 3 grams (1/10 oz), twice the weight of a lepta. Therefore two leptas are equal to a quadrans. According to gematria, the sign of a quadrans should be twice as large as a lepta and tangent to the diagram. The only variable that fits the bill is the diameter. Here is another diagram that shows the quadrans is exactly tangent to the "treasury."
