Mk 8:35b ... "he will lose it, ..."

The second phrase has these 2 dialog words ... apolesei autēn ("he will lose it, ...").

The 2 dialog words are tangent to the body of Jesus. The word "apolesei" comes from apo (away from) and olethros (destruction, death), the opposite of "life." The feminine pronoun "autēn" (her) is refering to the feminine noun "ē psuchē" (the soul/life). The man loses his life by wanting to save it?
