Verse 35 has four phrases and 24 dialog words. The first phrase has these 8 words ... hos gar ean thelē tēn psuxēn autou sōsai ("For if who ever desires to save the life of him, ..."). The 8 dialog words are top down. This verse is a conditional if-then statement.
