Mk 8:35a ... "Who for if-ever desires to save his life, ..."

Verse 35 has four phrases and 24 dialog words. The first phrase has these 8 words ... hos gar ean thelē tēn psuxēn autou sōsai ("For if who ever desires to save the life of him, ...").

The 8 dialog words are top down. This verse is a conditional if-then statement. The sign of the feminine noun "ē psuchē" (the soul) is a white equilateral triangle, synonymous with "ē zōē" (the life). The diagram shows a man who wants to save his life.
