Mk 3:28a ... "Amen, I say to you, ..."

Verse 28 has five phrases and 18 dialog words. The first two phrases have these 3 words, ... Amēn, legō humin ("Amen, I say to you, ...").

The Greek word "amen" is tailor made for prophesy. At the beginning of a discourse it means surely, truly. At the end of a discourse it means "so it is, so may it be fulfilled." The Greek word amen (1+40+8+50) has a gematria value of 99 units. However, by the Colel Rule of Gematria, it's sign can be expressed as a circle with a circumference of 98.666 units which allows it to be exactly tangent to virtually every major sign of any size or shape in this gospel. This is the first of thirteen times Jesus says "Amen I say to you" in Mark. The sign of the word "amen" (98.666) in the above diagram outlines all the the signs mentioned in the next three phrases of this verse.
