Verse 27 has 6 phrases containing 8 narrator and 16 dialog words. The first two phrases have these 8 narrator words ... kai ethambēthēsan apantes, hōste suzētein pros eautous legontas, (And were amazed everyone, so as to discuss with each other saying, ...).

The first 3 words are top down, the next 5 words are bottom up. The 8 words were composed to place the word "legontas" (saying) in the center of the diagram so that every Jew in the synagogue would face each other so as to discuss with each other the words and actions that Jesus did to exorcise and kill the Unclean Spirit from the man who was possessed.
