Mk 1:26b ... and having-shouted in a-voice loud, it-came out of-him.

The third and fourth phrases have these 7 narrator words, starting clockwise from the top ... kai fōnēsan fōnē megalē, eksēlthen eks autou (and having shouted in a voice loud, it came out of him).

The third phrase has 4 words "kai fōnēsan fōnē megalē" (and having shouted in a voice loud) that are tangent to the foot and hand of Jesus, the man, his 1480 sized "normal voice," his 4440 "megalē" (loud) voice, and the first Unclean Spirit that has been broken in two. The fourth phrase has two pronouns, "it" and "him." The first 2 words, "eksēlthen eks autou" (it came out) are tangent to the "it" (Unclean Spirit) that Jesus killed and cast out. The last word "autou" (of him) is tangent to the exorcised man. In verse 25b Jesus said "phimotheti" (be muzzled) to render the "Unclean Spirit" speechless. The 2 words "autou fōnēsan" (of him having shouted) are tangent to the man's loud 4440 voice. The first "Unclean Spirit" is now "destroyed" as it feared in verse 1:24b. The second "Unclean Spirit" has fled or hid to later find another victim. Jesus will return to this same synagogue in chapter 3 to destroy the one that got away. Jesus has now performed Miracle #1 of 24 in this gospel.
