the Blind - tuphlos

Definition: tuflos (toof-los') Adjectivial Noun - to be blind, either physically or mentally blind.

Diagram: By convention, the sign of an abstract adjectivial noun is an equilateral triangle. All physical or mental ailments in first century Jewish society was belived to be caused by demons and unclean spirits. The sign for the unclean spirit of blindness was a dark equilateral triangle. The sign for the victim who was blind is eyes with no color in the iris, a white eye lens.
