The 3rd phrase conclusion has these 8 dialog words, ... "keleuson me elthein pros se epi ta hudata" ["(then) command me to-come before you on the waters"). The 8 dialog words are top down tangent to the triangle holding Jesus, to the 6 intersecting drops of water filling the boat, to the triangle holding Simon above "ta hudata" (the waters). A standard if-then conditional statement begins with the word "then." Here it is understood because the 9th word "then" was never written by the author called Matthew. Simon asks Jesus if he can come "epi ta hudata" (upon the waters) which implies a stretch of calm water, not a wave filled sea. The sign for "hudor" (water) is a blue Christ (1480) circle representing one drop of water. The sign for "waters" is a stream of blue christ (1480) circles. The next verse will show how Simon will attempt to ascend the stream of water circles between himself and Jesus rather than sink like a Stone under the boat. The next 4 diagrams will put some distance between Simon and his safe position in the back of the wind filled boat. Matt 14:28b < Verses > Matt 14:29a |
