The 3rd and 4th phrases have these 10 dialog words, ...ekporeuomenoi ekeithen, ektinaksate ton xoun ton hupokatō tōn podōn humōn, ... ["going-out from-there, shake-off the dust that-is under the feet of-you, ..."] The 10 dialog words are top down from the hands of Jesus to the dust under the sandals of the Twelve as they turn around and leave the "place" (topos). The large rectangle holding the twelve dusty footprints of the Twelve has the same area as the Place that would "not welcome them." The bottom of the Place and the last 2 words (feet of-you) are virtually tangent to the dust under the sandals of the 12 disciples. 6:11a < Verses > 6:11c |
