The 3rd phrase has these 8 narrator words, ... kai edidou autois eksousian tōn pneumaton tōn akatharton (and he-gave to-them Authority - the Spirits the Unclean). The 8 narrator words are top down, left to right. The Twelve are now back in their rectangle to receive their authority from Jesus to perform miracles.
