The third phrase has these five narrator words in this inverted order, ... kai ekestēsan euthus ekstasei megalē (and they were amazed immediately amazement 'with great'). The 5 narrator words are bottom up the center then down the sides. The word "euthus" (immediately) is the cue to use the previous diagram as a template. The 3 words "ekestēsan ekstasei megalē" (they were amazed 'with great' amazement') is tangent to Jairus and his wife showing their shared "great amazement."
