Mk 3:31b ... and standing outside they sent before him, calling him.

The third and fourth phrases have these 8 narrator words, ... kai eksō stēkontes apesteilan pros auton, kalountes auton (and outside standing they sent before him, calling him).

The 8 words are bottom up. The diagram shows his mother and four brothers "eksō stēkontes"standing outside the house calling to him.
