Precept - entolē

Precept - Entole

Definition: Entolē (en-tol-ay') Abstract Noun, Feminine - a Precept, a rule, a commandment, derived from "en" (in) which intensifies "télos" (the end), ie. "in the end."

Diagram: By convention, the sign of an abstract noun is an equilateral triangle. Since a precept is from God (white), according to a gospel verse there are two of them. The Sign of a precept is therefore a white rhombus made from two equilateral triangles. Same sign as ideal.

Mk 07:08a Leaving the precept of God ... you are holding the tradition of men.
Mk 07:09a And he said to them ... "Ideally" you have set aside the precept of God.
Mk 10:05 Before your hardheartedness he wrote this precept for you ...
Mk 10:19a You know the precepts ... no murdering, no adultering, no ...
Mk 12:28c Which precept is first of all?
Mk 12:31b There is not another precept greater than these.
