Cup - poterion

Definition: Poterion (pot-ay'-ree-on) Noun, Neuter - a Cup, a vessel for drinking. By metonymy, the container or the contents of the cup, what is offered to be drunk. One's lot, whether joyous or adverse, are like a cup which God presents one to drink. A very large cup could be used for immersion (baptism).
