Mk 14:18a ... And of lying back of them and of eating, ...

Verse 18 has 5 phrases containing 21 words. The 1st phrase has these 5 narrator words ... Kai anakeimenōn autōn kai esthiontōn (And of lying back of them and of eating, ...).

The 5 narrator words are bottom up. This phrase is a drawing instruction. The disciples from the previous diagram simply rotate 180 degrees to "lye back." They are automatically arrayed, 4 disciples to a triangle, to eat the unraised passover bread. The basket holding 16 loaves of unraised bread is divided symmetrically to fill the top 3 triangles. The outer triangles each get 4.5 loaves, the center triangle held by Jesus gets 7 loaves. The see-through white loaf in the center triangle shows the basket was one loaf short to reach the mouth of Jesus.
