Verse 19 contains 5 phrases and 23 dialog words. The 1st phrase has these 5 words ... Kai ai merimnai tou aiōnos ("And the worries of-the age, ..."). The 5 dialog words are top down. The 2 men from verse 18 drop down to take the place of the thorn-flowers. A "worry" is an abstract noun which by convention is an equilateral triangle.
