1:15a ... And saying, "That the time has-been-fulfilled, and has-drawn-near the Kingdom of God."

Verse 15 has 4 phrases containing 2 narrator and 16 dialog words. The first three phrases have these 2 narrator and 10 dialog words ... kai legōn, hoti peplērōtai ho kairos, kai ēggiken ē basileia tou theou (And saying, "That has been fulfilled the time, and has drawn near the Kingdom of God").
The 12 words are bottom up. The diagram shows that if these twelve words represent time, the bottom 8 words have filled the triangles they occupy. The top three white triangles are occupied by God and that part of the Kingdom has draw so near to Jesus it can't get any closer. Jesus holds the 4 words "ē basileia tou theou" (the Kingdom of God) in his hands. The last two words "of God" are tangent to the faces of God the Father and Jesus.
