Wreath - stephanos

Definition: Stephanos (stef'-an-os) Noun, Masculine - a Wreath, a crown, a garland of laural leaves and thorns.

Diagram: The above diagram shows the Sign of the "Thorny Wreath" of Jesus. His diadem was made from radius chord vesicas which look just like a crown of braided laural leaves and thorns. The link to the verse shows how it looked "about his head" tangent to an equilateral triangle.

Mk 15:17b and they place around him, braiding a thorny wreath.
