Nation - ethnos

Definition: Ethnos (eth'-nos) Abstract Noun, Neuter - a nation, a race, a people, a culture, their territory.

Diagram: By convention, the sign of an abstract noun is an equilateral triangle. However, a "nation" is a compound sign. The sign of a "nation" is the image of a man inside a green equilateral triangle, signifying the territory in which a race of people lives. You can use one or the other or both signs depending on the circumstance.

Mk 10:42b the ones seeming to rule the nations are down-lording on them ...
Mk 11:17c My house will be called a house of prayer for all the nations?
Mk 13:08a For nation shall be raised upon nation ...
Mk 13:10 And the good news must first be preached into "all the nations."
