Definition: Stauros (stow-ros') Noun, Masculine - a Cross, the crossbeam of a Roman cross. Diagram: The Sign of a "cross" for men is made from four equilateral triangles cut down the middle and made into rectangles. This cross is almost tangent to the white hexagon. Diagram: The Sign of a "cross" for Jesus is made from two beams with widths equal to his diameter and lengths that are virtually tangent so as to fit inside of the white hexagon. Amazingly, the variable length of the crossbeam plus the height of the upright gives a perimeter of the cross silhouette equal to the gematria value of Mark 15:25.
