Faith - pistis

Definition: Pistis (pis'-tis) Abstract Noun, Feminine - Belief, (same as Faith), the conviction of the truth of any statement without evidence, such as belief in the word of God. Related to the adjective apistos, meaning faithless.

Diagram: By convention, the sign of an abstract noun is an equilateral triangle. Since "belief," also called "faith," is considered a "good" abstract noun, it's sign is a white equilateral triangle.
