Seats - kathedria

Definition: prótokathedria (pro-tok-ath-ed-ree'-ah) Noun, Feminine - a chief seat, a front row seat, from prótos and kathedra, a special chair used by men of high rank or power.

Diagram: The sign of a "front seat" is made from two of the six rectangles that make a house or two of the six equilateral triangles that make a synagogue. The rectangle and triangle both have the same height and area. The sign is identical to a kathedra.
