Passover - pascha

Passover - pascha

Definition: Pascha (pas'-khah) Abstract Noun - Passover, the name of the festival, derived from the Hebrew verb pasach, "he hovered over, guarding," a sign of life, the Spirit of God, a Holy Day (14-15 Nissan), the sacrifical lamb, the feast of unleavened bread.

Diagram: The only word with four signs. Since a "passover" is an abstract noun, by convention it's sign is an equilateral triangle, as a fly-over its sign is the Dove, as a Holy Day its sign is a 2220 circle, as a feast of unleavened bread its sign is a basket of loaves (artoi 471).

Mk 14:01a After two (more) days, now it was the Passover ...
Mk 14:12a And on the first day of unleavened bread when they killed the Passover ...
Mk 14:14b where is my guestchamber where I may eat the Passover ...
Mk 14:16c and they make ready the Passover.
