Definition: musterion (moos-tay'-ree-on) Abstract Noun, Neuter - a Mystery, a mystery religion secret revealed by an initiation cerimony. The word only appears once in the Gospel of Mark, once in the Secret Gospel, once in Matthew, and once in Luke. The word "mystery" appears 25 times in the Epistles and Revelation.
