Midnight - mesonuktion

Definition: Mesonuktion (mes-on-ook'-tee-on) Noun, Neuter - Midnight (12 pm). Mesonuktion is the name of the Roman "second watch," hours four to six (9 to 12 pm), the middle of the period between sunset (6 pm) and sunrise (6 am).
