And immediately
while he was speaking, Judas, one of the twelve comes beside
him, ... |

and with him, a crowd with swords and clubs, ... |
| |
from the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders. |
| 14:44 |
Now the one betraying him had given 'a sign'
to them saying, ... |
| |
"Whom ever I should kiss he
is (the one), hold him, and lead him away securely." |
| 14:45 |
And having come,
immediately
he says to him,... "Rabbi, ..." |
| |
and he
down-friendly-kisses him. |
| 14:46 |
Then they cast on hands to him and arrested him. |
| 14:47 |
But a certain one of the ones standing nearby, drawing the sword, stings the slave of the chief priest and cuts off his earlobe. |
| 14:48 |
And having answered Jesus said to them, ... "You come out together
as on a robber with swords and clubs to arrest me?" |
| 14:49 |
"Every day I was before you in the temple teaching, and you did not arrest me, ..." |
| |
"so that the scriptures should be fulfilled." |
| 14:50 |
And having left him, they all fled. |
| 14:51 |
And a certain youth was following together to himself, ... |
| |
having been clothed with a linen garment over (his) naked (body), .... |
| |
and they are holding him. |
| 14:52 |
Yet the one having left down the linen sheet fled naked. |
