10:35 And approached him James and John, the sons of Zebedee, saying to him, ...
"Teacher! We wish that what if ever we may ask, you may do for us."
10:36 And he said to them, "What do you wish of me that I may do for you?"
10:37 And they said to him, "Grant us that one of you out right, and one out left, we may sit in the glory of you"
10:38 But the Jesus said to them, ... "You do not know what you ask, ..."
"are you able to drink the cup which I am drinking,?" ...
"or the baptism which I am being baptized to be baptized with?"
10:39 And they said to him, ... "We are able."
And the Jesus said to them, ... "The cup which I drink, you will drink, ...
And the baptism which I am baptized with, you will be baptised.
10:40 The but to sit out right of me or out left not is mine to grant, ...
but for the ones it has been prepared."
10:41 And having heard, the ten begin to be angry about James and John.
10:42 And having called them before him, the Jesus says to them, ...
"You know that the ones presuming to be ruler of the nations are downlording it over them, ...
and the great ones of them exercise authority down on them.
10:43 Not so however it is with you, ...
but who ever wishes great to become among you, ...
he must be of you a servant.
10:44 And who ever among you wishes to be first, ...
he must be of all a slave.
10:45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, ...
  but to serve, ...
And to give the soul of him, a ransom on behalf of many."
