Mk 8:1a ... Again in those days, being a crowd of many, ...

Verse 1 has three phrases and 18 text words. The first two phrases contain 8 text words ... En ekeinais tais hemerais palin pollou oxlou ontos (In those the days again, of many a crowd being, ...).

The 8 words are top down. The first two words "En ekeinais" (in those) are .... xxxxxxx. The next four words "tais hemerais palin pollou" (the days again, of many) are tangent to the ... xxxxx. The words "oxlou ontos" (a crowd being) is tangent to 12 symbolic men enclosed in the sign of a xxxxx. The word "pollou" is modifying "the days again" and "a crowd being." The sign is saying this "crowd of many" has been with Jesus "three days." Verse 2 will confirm it.

Mk 8:1b ... and not having anything they might eat, ...

The second phrase has these 5 text words ... kai me exonton ti fagosin (and not having anything they might eat ...).

This diagram shows how Jesus secretly controls the loaves and fish. The crowds have nothing. The object of the story is for Jesus and his twelve disciples to serve the food to the crowds. It looks impossible.

Mk 8:1c ... calling the disciples before him, he says to them, ...

The third phrase has the following five text words ... proskalesamenos tous mathetas legei autois (calling the disciples before him, he says to them, ...).

xxxxx ... The previous diagram showed the disciples might have the small fish and loaves, the crowd has nothing. This story is a geometry problem on how create a set of gematria diagrams to feed fish and loaves to a crowd of "four thousand" men. After Jesus calls the twelve disciples before him, they appear ... xxxxx. Let's see what Jesus has to say. The following diagrams will show how to feed the crowd.
